OMA New York is seeking a Senior Architect with Interior experience, demonstrating a strong track record in designing, detailing, and specifying FFE for a wide range of spaces, including public, commercial, hospitality, and residential environments.
In this role, you will contribute to projects across all phases—from initial concept through design development, documentation, and construction. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate exceptional design sensibility, strong conceptual thinking, and robust technical and communication skills, and who can operate at the highest professional level.
Candidates should have proven experience in conducting design research and developing clear, compelling narratives that inform and communicate the design intent throughout all project stages. Prior experience working with an internationally recognized architecture firm is required, where they have contributed to complex, multi-disciplinary projects and gained a comprehensive understanding of international design benchmarks, quality assurance protocols, and client engagement at a global level.

About the Role
OMA is looking for a BIM & Design Technology Coordinator to join its BIM & Design Technology team in Rotterdam. This dynamic role provides technical support to the studio’s architects to inform their delivery of projects using design technology authoring tools (primarily Revit). The role is responsible for coordinating project BIM deliverables (primarily RVT and IFC) and the understanding of BIM documents (BEP).
The BIM & Design Technology team works closely with project teams to identify project-specific needs and deliver data-driven design technology solutions accordingly. Additionally, responsibilities include technical upskilling and mentoring Architects to become more efficient, productive and familiar with the design technology strategy and workflows.
The successful candidate will integrate into project teams for extended periods as needed, lead ad-hoc training, provide regular project-progress updates in peer reviews, and engage with other business support departments from a project’s conception through to completion. About the Role
OMA’s Rotterdam office is looking for an experienced 3D rendering and visualization specialist, with excellent rendering and animation skills, who can combine expertise with creativity. In this role you will be responsible for producing high quality 3D representations (renderings, animations and videos) for architectural design projects, working closely with the Project Teams.
The ideal candidate is someone with relevant experience working with or at an international architecture or 3D design studio, with an outstanding portfolio and visual sensibility. Animation is a definite plus, especially motion graphics.

\nOver de Functie
\nHet Rotterdamse kantoor van OMA is op zoek naar een Contract Manager om ons Contract Management Department te versterken. In deze functie beheer je zelfstandig contracten voor OMA’s projecten wereldwijd, waarbij je deelneemt aan de volledige contractlevenscyclus: van opstellen en onderhandelen tot uitvoering en beheer na ondertekening. In deze rol zorg je voor naleving van regelgeving, beperk je juridische en financiële risico’s en ondersteun je bedrijfsactiviteiten. Je werkt nauw samen met het management van OMA en andere support afdelingen wereldwijd.
